We only accept return merchandise from mail orders within 14 days from the date of receiving the package (shipping charges are non-refundable). You can mail it back to us at Model Express, 55 West Hastings St.,Vancouver, British Columbia,Canada, V6B1G4 or you can bring it back to us at this address with the receipt.

We do not accept refunds for merchandise purchased in store.
